Whether it is a company meeting, an incentive trip, a congress or a trade fair, getting your participants there is our job at Seda Turizm. We quote group flights and hotel blocks with a per-person cost breakdown and we are on site on travel day.

If you would also like one team to handle the event itself, from the venue, staging and technical equipment to the programme and gala evening, our group company Seda Mice takes over. Both teams work under one roof, so travel and event planning follow a single calendar.

MICE covers meetings, incentives, congresses and events. Seda Turizm handles the travel and accommodation side of all four. The venue, staging and programme are the work of our group company Seda Mice. Dealer meetings, incentive trips for sales teams, congress attendance abroad and in-house training camps are the projects we run most often.

How the process works

In the first meeting we settle the number of participants, the date range, the budget and the purpose. Our team presents two or three destination and hotel options with a cost breakdown. After approval we secure the flight and hotel blocks and collect the participant list. A Seda Turizm representative is on site on travel day. If the venue and programme are part of the brief, the Seda Mice team joins the project from the first meeting.

Good to know

There is no minimum. We run anything from a 10-person management meeting to dealer events with several hundred guests. Larger groups need more lead time. For big events we recommend starting at least 8 to 10 weeks ahead.

Yes. We manage participants' visa applications, travel health insurance, flights and accommodation within the same project, with one travel file per participant.

We prepare a clear offer with a per-person breakdown (flights, accommodation, transfers, venue, catering). Nothing is added to the budget without your approval.
