Our visa team prepares applications for companies and individual travellers. We send the document list for your destination and purpose of travel, check your papers, fill in the form and book the appointment.

We need the complete set of documents before we can submit. Processing times vary by country and season, and the decision rests with the consulate alone.

Many countries, the Schengen states above all, ask for travel health insurance with the application. You can have the policy issued by our agency.

Documents for a Schengen visa

  • Invitation letter (business applications)
  • Cover letter on company letterhead, stamped and signed (travel dates must be stated)
  • Copy of the company's tax certificate (vergi levhası)
  • Copy of the company's list of authorised signatures (imza sirküleri)
  • Copy of the company's Trade Registry Gazette
  • Original chamber of commerce activity certificate (recently dated)
  • Social security (SGK) employment registration and 4A service record
  • Payslips for the last 3 months

Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland are not EU members but belong to the Schengen area.

Documents for a China visa

  • Colour copy or scan of the Turkish ID card (photo and text must be clearly legible)
  • Original personal bank statement, stamped and signed (with the bank's signature specimen), or an up-to-date bank passbook
  • Original criminal record certificate (stating no criminal record and no archived record)
  • Original certificate of residence
  • Cover letter (a sample can be downloaded below)
  • Original chamber of commerce activity certificate (issued within the last 6 months)
  • Copy of the company's tax certificate (vergi levhası)

* Business applications need an invitation letter issued by the company in China or by the trade fair organiser.

  • DS-160 online visa application form
  • Letter addressed to the consulate on company letterhead (stating the purpose of travel, with the wet signature and stamp of a company officer)
  • Copy of the company's list of authorised signatures (imza sirküleri)
  • Original chamber of commerce activity certificate (issued within the last 3 months)
  • Recent bank statements (showing account activity and balance)
  • Copy of the latest tax certificate (vergi levhası)

The visa consultancy process

Each application is planned around the destination and the purpose of travel (business, tourism, trade fair, congress). Your consultant sends the country-specific document list. Once your documents reach us, we check them for gaps and errors, prepare the application form and book the consulate or visa-centre appointment. For applications that require fingerprints, your file is ready before the appointment day. We follow the application until the decision is announced.

Most countries, the Schengen states above all, require travel health insurance. Our agency issues the policy. Where flight and hotel bookings are required, we use flexible reservations so you do not lose money if the outcome differs from the plan.

It depends on the consulate, the season and the type of application. With complete documents most applications are decided within two weeks. Peak seasons and requests for additional documents can extend this. The decision rests with the consulate alone, and no outcome can be guaranteed.
