For major fairs it is best to start 3 to 4 months ahead. For countries that require a visa, appointment waiting times may call for an earlier start. We also find options for last-minute requests, but the choice narrows.

We guide visitor registration and register for you where needed. Exhibitor applications are made directly with the fair organiser. We take care of adding the documents to the visa file.

Yes. For fairs with compatible dates we build a multi-city flight and hotel plan. Intercity trains or domestic flights are added to the programme.
